HARP Construct
The central goal of HARP Construction is to build a direct pathway from homelessness into sustainable employment by partnering with local employers in the construction sector. Through accredited, hands-on training and CSCS card achievement, participants gain the skills, confidence, and workplace readiness they need to succeed. Delivered in a trauma-informed environment, the programme addresses barriers such as poor mental health, social isolation, and lack of qualifications, while responding to the acute skills shortage in construction. By working with corporate partners, HARP Construction creates opportunities that enables people to leave homelessness behind for good and delivers long term social impact for businesses.
