HARP is Southend-on-Sea’s leading homelessness charity and every year we work with around 1,000 local people to help them overcome or avoid homelessness.

About The Role

The Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy will lead the development and delivery of HARP’s relationship-led fundraising streams, including corporate partnerships, community partnerships, major donors and legacy development.
This is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for growing unrestricted and sustainable income through meaningful partnerships and supporter relationships. The postholder will build long-term, values-led connections with businesses, community groups and supporters, strengthening HARP’s local presence and financial resilience.
Working closely with the Director of Fundraising and Communications and other Heads of Fundraising, this role will ensure that HARP’s public-facing income streams are structured, well-managed and positioned for growth.
